Our BCR/ABL1 kit is a research tool utilizing multiplex real-time quantitative RT-PCR to provide simultaneous detection and quantification of BCR/ABL1 kit fusion transcripts (b2a2 /b3a3, OR e1a2),and ABL1 (an endogenous control). The BCR/ABL1 kit is compatible with various commercially available Real-Time PCR Systems. Themultiplexed format of the BCR/ABL1 kit reduces reflex testing by providing quantization of the three predominant BCR/ABL1 fusion transcripts.
